Sorry folks, but it's hard for me to take seriously any political campaign rally in which a good percentage of the attendees are wearing masks to supposedly guard against a barely-existent threat of mostly-harmless virus… With both parties apparently still continuing to buy into the ongoing fear & hysteria (not to mention ignorance & flat-out lying nonsense) about this hokey virus, it becomes clear that the only parties truly ruling America today are neither Democrat nor Republican but Fear and Ignorance.
So for those with any intelligence and capacity for rational, independent thought whatsoever, here are some basic facts:
* 94% of reported cases of people testing positive for Covid should have been reported as negative, as the strain they had was actually non-contagious (as finally revealed recently by the CDC);
* Of the reported "Covid deaths," it turns out that only 6% were actually caused solely by Covid alone; the other 94% were from other causes and/or co-morbidities (as also recently revealed by the CDC);
* The reported death-toll allegedly from Covid (with or without co-morbidities) has never exceeded 0.05% of any given population, either on a state or local level or nationwide;
* The Coronavirus is 0.125 microns in size. Even an N95 mask can only stop a virus particle no smaller than 0.3 microns, and even then only at a 95% effectiveness (hence, the number.) Hence, masks are virtually useless against the Coronavirus, and government-mandates requiring them are not only ill-advised, they're also nonsensical & need to be recognized and identified as such;
* The draconian measures taken (indefinite lockdowns, quarantines, social-distancing, mask-mandates & the like) didn't cause the numbers of either infection or fatalities to decrease in the slightest, and the few limited re-openings here & there didn't cause them to increase, either;
* The longer the individual states' governors continue the indefinite lockdowns, the greater the economic damage to the nation as a whole will result;
* The longer the President continues to ignore these facts, the greater & more permanent the long-term damage will also result.

The White House requested that the U.S. Justice Department launch a last-minute, controversial effort to intervene in a lawsuit in which President Donald Trump is accused of defaming E. Jean Carroll, a writer who says Trump raped her years ago, Attorney General William Barr revealed Wednesday.
