I think instead of revoking 230 (the current one that is abused by big tech) there should be an amendment to it.
The amendment should be that a company has the protection of 230 IF they are without question, a publisher. If however it/they
show themselves to be politically biased that they lose the protection of 230 and have their status changed to a publisher.
Just revoking 230 because it's been abused hurts actual publishers. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water or
better, don't cut of your nose to spite your face. We need 230 but we need safeguards against it.
