I would like to know why SCOTUS didn't throw out that crap from 1993. It is a direct violation of the Constitution to allow aliens, legal or otherwise to vote.

There should be federal policies, and laws. That every state must follow for presidential elections. One set of guidelines for everyone.
So even if we had a fairly honest election (we didn't), it's gotten to the point that the election results may be hard to accept by both sides, given it's no longer left against right but instead globalism against nationalism. Both sides can't afford a loss, since the political pendulum no longer swings but has come off its "fulcrum". And so I believe it's now do-or-die for both sides, and if the left prevails you can kiss your constitutional liberties good bye and prepare to welcome in UN agenda 2030. There will no longer be a (legal) way to stop it!
