My beautiful California in a selfdestructive path ! i.e. The DMV…paid all fees for registration renewal, it's over a month, sticker didn't arrive,appointments book up, show up in person endles wait… ended up getting a triple AAA membership ( not an advertisement) got it same day…
Same processes in so called 3rd world countries, yes Latin America just a breeze wonder why ?
Services were privatized… therefore run efficiently, California 100 % needs in deep streamlining ASAP !

Sacramento is basically a battleground between Republicans and Democrats. The Republican Party in Sac is growing just because they now see what is going on but the Dem Party is also growing because of migration from the Bay Area.
