    Here we go again with "democracy". The United States is a Constitutional Republic. It isn't about democracy, it is about our CONSTITUTION which protects citizens from an intrusive/abusive government. You cannot find democratic, democrat or democracy in the U.S. Constitution. You can find the word REPUBLICAN in the Constitution.

    In the 80s I recall working with Chinese companies to purchase computer parts. When they visited our manufacturing plants they compared their women working for pennies doing the same job as us and they really bragged about the fact that a woman would deliver a baby and return to work the same day. It was cold blooded and they were proud of it.

    Ms Christina Bobb – I appreciate your work tremendously and am in agreement with the sentiment expressed here but after hearing about "our democracy" the 4th or 5th time had to comment
    On the close of the Constitutional Convention, when asked what they had wrought, Thomas Jefferson purportedly answered with: "A Republic. If you can keep it."
    Not a "Democracy."
    A democracy can be two wolves and a sheep on a desert island voting on who is coming to dinner in what condition. 51% of a "democracy" can take the rights of the 49% "legally."
    Words have meaning.
    We should be aspiring to restore the Republic, and the rule of law. Not "Our Democracy."

    People have awoken to the swamp over the last 20 years. Evidence of the swamp's evil is now widely known. Democrats will never hold power of the people again (provided future Republicans follow in Trump's love of the nation) & China will inevitably collapse under CCP control.
