There are still paths, people. No reason to panic, but we have to be willing to participate as citizens. We have to be willing to fight. We need to fill the phone lines of judges, state legislators, secretaries of state, and governors in these battleground states. If you live nearby, peacefully march on the capitol buildings. Spread the evidence around wherever you can to breach the boundaries of the censorship efforts of the Left and their media/social media outlets. We can't wait for the Supreme Court alone to do the right thing, because they will face the same scrutiny and pressure as everyone else. All of these delays by public officials and lower court judges have been just that – delays. They are designed to allow entities and individuals to lawyer up, to hide or transport evidence, and to push the hearings back beyond the electoral college deadline so it looks like Trump, not the Democrats, have stolen the election. WE CAN'T ALLOW IT! Do your part, citizens! I know myself and others have called and emailed these state governing bodies. Let them know that we are behind them, but that we also hold them accountable. They need courage in the face of pressure and extortion, and that has to come from us! This is our country and we have to do our part to keep it that way!
Erin makes good points, but I disagree that there haven't been smoking guns. The fact that thousands of people swore, under penalty of perjury, very similar stories without knowing others were doing it (because no media was covering it); plus the video and photo footage that keeps emerging; plus the data analysis; plus the heaps of illegal ballots everywhere…those are smoking gun lines and artillery pieces. Judges in the lower courts, Secretaries of State, and Governors just haven't been willing to hear it. That's been the challenge: a lot of the lower court judges, a lot of Secretaries of States, a lot of Governors, and even the DOJ seems to be in on the scam. They aren't even looking at the evidence. They are just plugging their ears and/or throwing it away. Even the state legislatures, which are mostly Republican in the states in question, are the old-school soft/rhino Republicans who wince and groan at the idea of doing difficult work because it may get them blasted by the media. They are more concerned with preserving their chair and doing what's easy than they are in doing what's true and preserving the right to vote. We have seen their eyes light up, and their enthusiasm sparked when Giuliani and Ellis have presented the factual and overwhelming evidence. But then behind closed doors? Something keeps happening that makes them lose the courage to do what they need to do. I wouldn't be surprised if it's threats or extortion (or both).

Look, over 50 lawsuits have been denied by republican judges due to (1) parties do not have standing to sue ,(2) the remedy of throwing out all the votes because of several anomalies is not accepted law, and (3) the evidence is neither compelling nor detailed. Come on, wake up.
