If an individual choses not to get a vaccine because they are young, I would think that they may place their friends and relatives at risk. Some diseases may predispose a younger person to adverse consequences from this virus. Learned professors may be at risk as well. I would hope that an effective vaccine would be embraced by most people who understand that effective vaccines will protect a majority of those at greater risk of hospitalization and death.
