So correct me if i am wrong but apparently hillary got off her obligation to appear in person as a witness to answer for her crimes by the same method that the appeals court ruled flynn cant get off for doing nothing…. and the prosecutor still wants to chase hillary down but the prosecutor in flynns case doesnt want to proceed and says they wont proceed …. does this mean that a judge is now a dictator who can develop his own prosecution of a matter before him when he is supposed to be impartial..?… how can this be happening – is the brookings institute behind it all !!

We need a delta-type force to eliminate these deep-state bastards.
They are trying to ruin our country – this is called TREASON and they should be SHOT ON SIGHT!!!

  3. Wayne Such says:

Once words are uttered, such as "yes, I plead guilty." they cannot be retracted. The law is the law. He, Flynn, made the admission and a deal, not to prosecute his son, as part of the deal. Leopards do not change their spots. Flynn is guilty, then just as now.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap!. Someone said recently there was a word used quite often back in the 1970s called "honesty", i can't remember it but my parents said they were aware of it… funny how things change!!!

  5. Oscar Sabitini says:

Flynn pled guilty to a crime several times which centers around illegal acts while serving the POTUS. The DOJ at the public urging of the POTUS now has demanded that the Judge not sentence Flynn for his pled crime and permit the case to be dropped at this final stage. The Judge, within his purview as stated recently by the higher Court, will investigate the DOJ's behavior? Is this corruption? Is that a crime? This is damn unusual. Let the court proceedings continue and see what it uncovers. If the DOJ has no sound explanation, corruption is excluded, the Judge should sentence Flynn and force POTUS to pardon him and earn the ire of the American People,–hopefully before election day.

  6. John Cahill says:

This is nonsense…before you bring the case, the discretion rests with the Prosecution. Once the case is brought (not to mention after the defendent pleads guilty and the DOJ has verifed to the judge that he's guilty), the case can only be dismissed if the judge agrees. Seems obvious, doesn't it? Maybe the DOJ spokeswoman should read the law: Rule 48a: That the govenment may, WITH LEAVE OF COURT, dismiss an indictment. Guess what "with leave of court" means, people?
