This is another story that has a ton of holes in it. If this "group" wanted Whitmer out, why didn't they just assassinate her? Why create this elaborate plan to kidnap her and take her to a remote area to put her on trial? Today, radical groups don't use complex plans for disruption, they just act. Why did LE make the arrests now instead of two months ago? It's been reported that they've been tracking this group for six months. Where are the follow up stories by the press? This is a big story, so why aren't there follow up's on how they were organized, how many followers do they have, do they have family members involved, where are they being held, has any bond been posted?

So this kidnapping story is a staged attempt to garner damage control sympathy from potential voters before election day by painting the supposed kidnappers as conservatives to divert the tide of pro conservative votes that would've otherwise been the result of Whitmer's party's unpopularity from her now PROVEN UNLAWFUL ORDERS that screwed Michigan's citizens' lives this entire year. It's what politicians call an "October surprise". They want the last significant story people see before November to be in their favor and /or against their opponents.
