Exactly right, Portland is the place of a proxy war!
Follow the money! These are unemployed rioters! Where are they getting the resources to sustain a siege of this length? I’ve seen salties video from a second party, I can’t remember his name but he found the tent city with a security fence and portapotties in one of the west coast cities. They move around the country to new hot spots usually the next day. Takes money to support this kind of insurrection logistically speaking. Remember the stacks of bricks that were just left right next to the riots and some had Molotov cocktails there also! Body armor and gas masks aren’t cheap either! And biden wants Trump to tell patriots not to exercise their Constitutional Rights to defend their communities and way of life. An obligation to fight these domestic terrorists and the threat they pose to our Republic!

The DA in Oregon is not prosecuting rioters, they are releasing them after the are arrested. It's not the police creating this problem. Antifa has been in Portland for years and Kate Brown has been lying about what Antifa is doing with all the riots and attacks on Federal Buildings and private property. It's sick.

I have an idea. The police should just pull out at least 5 miles outside of down town Portland. After these rioters destroy the city and there is nobody fight with, maybe they will get bored and go home, or get a job?
