What this looks like—Peter Strzok, in panic mode, needed a Russian sub-source for the dossier in order to divert attention away from SIDNEY BLUMENTHAL as its author. Strzok attempted to hide that HILLARY CLINTON was the originator of the dossier.

It's a matter of who wrote the dossiers, and on whose computers, and getting to those computers before they're erased.
