So, freedom of the press is there, but that's freedom as commonly understood everywhere else, as in truthful, responsible, objective, neutral. The press is not free from legal action under laws that affect everybody everywhere the same: libel, slander, fraud, stuff like that. In fact any viewer can take legal action against fake news. You can also file complaints with the Federal Elections Commission if you think "the press" is participating in a campaign by giving support and resources to one side or against the other, without declaring the value thereof as an in-kind political contribution. Perhaps a few million of you should be doing that.
